High Intensity Boxing Drill On Your Own Or With A Friend

In the park or at the gym, You don't need to be a pro to feel this one. This is a Hiit style boxing session you could do with a friend or on your own hitting the bag by yourself. Let us know how you went. Remember to put in 100% into the work rounds.
Boxing
Warm up: 3mins
Drill 1 (30 seconds work/rest) alternate work load. Boxers rest whilst pad holders exercise. Vice versa.
Round = 3mins
Boxers
- Crosses
- Uppers
- High Punches
Pad Holders
- Star jumps
- Fast high knees
- Burpees
Complete 3 rounds (9mins)
Switch pad holders and boxers. (2mins)
Repeat Drill 1 (9mins)
Switch pad holders and boxers. (2mins)
Drill 2 1 (1min work/rest) alternate work load. Boxers hover whilst pad holders exercise. Pad holders recover whilst boxers punch.

- Left right set
- left hook right straight
- left right hook right
Pad Holders
- Star jumps
- High knees
- Split jumps
Switch pad holders and boxers. (2mins)
Repeat Drill 2 (6mins)
Gloves off Cool down and stretch
