Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

- 2 scoops of White Wolf Nutrition All-In-One Protein in Chocolate
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup organic 100% smooth peanut butter
- Handful of dark chocolate chips (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl using a wooden spoon.
